Lash services include extensions applied one at a time, lash lifts with tint, and fills, with a Previous Artist Fill that includes a consultation and removal of grown-out or improperly applied lashes. Brow services include lamination with or without tint, microblading, ombre powder brows, combination brows that mix microblading with machine shading, and a Signature Brow treatment. Permanent makeup also covers lip blush, permanent eyeliner, touch-ups, color boosts, and saline lift removal. Facials include Clinical Skin Refinement, which uses a specialized blade to clear dead skin and peach fuzz before cleansing, exfoliation, a hydrating mask and serums; Clear Skin Acne Therapy, a customized program that can include deep cleansing, extractions when appropriate and home care guidance; and Therapeutic Skin Recovery for dry, sensitive, inflamed or stressed skin. Waxing covers brows, lip, chin and facial areas.

Permanent makeup begins with a consultation, which can be done over a free Zoom call, where the artist measures and agrees on shape and color with the client. The procedure itself usually takes 30 minutes to an hour, within an appointment of roughly two to three hours. Lash fills take 45 to 60 minutes and a full set takes about 90 minutes to three hours, depending on the number of extensions and the stylist's skill. Services are tailored to each client's lifestyle and natural features. The studio uses aromatherapy and soft music, and describes its setting as calm and luxurious.

The studio also trains lash and permanent makeup artists. The in-person lash course runs one to two days, typically from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., includes a Paris Lash Kit and ends with a certification step on day two. Tuition ranges from $499.97 to $999.97, with a $199 down payment at booking. The permanent makeup apprenticeship is 300 hours over three to six months and costs $9,999. It includes one-on-one mentorship with Brittany Manney, a Missouri Tattoo License according to the site, work on 50 clients with commission on each, and a permanent makeup machine for the apprentice to keep. The studio describes its training programs as industry-leading.

Permanent makeup requires a non-refundable $50 deposit, and clients must be 18 or older. A $25 deposit holds lash appointments longer than an hour. A microblading session includes the first six-week touch-up, while later touch-ups are priced separately, at $150 for existing clients. Clients who had brows tattooed elsewhere book a corrective session instead of a touch-up. Payment plans are available through Cherry, starting at $99 a month, with approval described as quick and valid for 30 days. Cherry requires clients to be at least 18 with a bank-issued debit card. The studio accepts cash, Apple Pay and major credit cards, and sales are final once a service is complete.
