Curly hair is a central focus. The Bounce Back Curly Reset takes about an hour and begins with a clarifying or hydrating wash and curl-friendly conditioning. It then covers curl type and porosity, a custom product blend, a lesson on diffusing or air-drying, and coaching on refreshing curls at home. Children can get a curl-friendly cut for a set price.
Extensions come in several methods, each with its own pricing, lifespan and upkeep schedule: keratin-fusion K-Tips, beaded I-Tips, hand- or machine-tied wefts, tape-ins, and V-Light pieces for thinning areas. An extension consultation costs $30 and is credited toward the install if booked. Because cost depends on length, volume and method, extensions require an in-person consultation first, and hair is billed separately.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10 am to 2 pm, Wednesday and Thursday 10 am to 8 pm, Saturday 8 am to 2 pm, and closed Sunday. Cancellations within 24 hours carry a fee of half the missed service's price, and no-shows carry the full price, both applied toward rebooking. Clients are asked to reschedule or cancel at least a day ahead, and appointments running more than 10 minutes late may be cancelled. Quick Fix adjustments are free within 7 days of the original service. Gift cards are sold at $20.
Consultations come first for the bigger jobs. Color correction and extensions are quoted after an in-person conversation about the goal, length, volume and method.
