Care is planned around the individual, with the aim of long-term results that take each client's health, age and particular concerns into account. Facial visits start with a consultation and skin assessment so treatments can be adjusted. The acne consultation is a 90-minute one-on-one session with an acne specialist that looks at skin type and at outside factors such as diet, medications, cosmetics and stress. It ends with product and treatment recommendations, extractions and LED light therapy on Lightwave LED equipment, and clients take home a booklet summarizing the visit. Acne follow-ups come every two weeks and include an assessment and extractions. The business says clients typically need six to eight sessions over three to four months to become mostly to completely clear. Extractions and treatments are offered only to clients who use the business's home care products. Initial product costs are separate: approximately $250 to $300 for the acne consultation, about $100 to $120 for back acne products, and about $250 to $300 for rosacea products.

The facial menu ranges from an 40-minute LED light therapy session at $80 to a 90-minute Signature Deluxe Facial at $325, with dermaplaning, DiamondGlow and chemical peels in between. Chemical peels use glycolic, salicylic, lactic, kojic and mandelic acids, from mild to strong, and the provider chooses the strength during the appointment. Peels are usually spaced two to eight weeks apart. DiamondGlow uses a diamond tip and infuses SkinMedica serums. Facial options can be pregnancy-safe, and clients are asked to tell their provider if they are pregnant. Forever Bare BBL treatments are semi-permanent hair removal for the face and body, given as a series of six. For laser hair removal, clients avoid plucking and waxing for four to six weeks beforehand and shave the day before. The business says BBL HERO is gentle enough for all skin types and sensitivities.

Radiant Skin Club has two monthly tiers: Premium at $199 and VIP at $289, each with matching monthly credit and member discounts on retail products, services and add-ons. VIP members also get priority booking for special events and treatments. Memberships require a six-month minimum, then move to month-to-month, and cancel with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Unused credit rolls over.
