Booking has a few firm rules. Lash Clusters take a $15 deposit. Braids and loc add-ons can only be booked alongside a main hair service, not on their own. No-shows, forgotten appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice require full payment, and any outstanding balance must be cleared before a client can book again.

The hair menu is wide. Starter locs need a consultation first so the grid size can be set, and they are meant for hair longer than the earlobe. Wig and unit installs include curls or flat-iron styling, and clients pick the style they want when they book. Braid take-down includes shampoo, deep conditioning, a trim and a blow dry. Men's braids, kids braids for ages 5 to 12, and natural hair styles including twists, braids and updos are offered at a range of price points.

Waxing is offered for women and men, with a Men's Self Care Monday special and Waxing Wednesdays at reduced starting prices. Facials start at $40 for roughly 30 minutes or more. Gift cards come in $10, $25, $50 and $100 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
