The scalp treatments are 60-minute sessions. They begin with a scalp test and include hair follicle purification, essential oil application, work on head acupoints, a neck and shoulder massage, a hand massage and a steam hair mask. The spa says it treats every hair type with care, from fine and thick to curly and straight, with the aim of improving hair health. Named options are Hydration Base, Ginger Qi, Camellia Season (which includes exfoliation), Rose Maintenance Set Smooth Hair (which uses Herbal Essences Rose Hips Smooth shampoo) and the Nourished Scalp Set, described for colored hair with progressive thinning. Most of these are $98; the Nourished Scalp Set is $180.

Massage choices include Swedish massage at 30 minutes for $50, 60 minutes for $70 and 90 minutes for $120, and deep tissue massage at $50, $80 and $130 for the same lengths. Cupping is offered for 60 minutes at $80 or 90 minutes at $130, using a vacuum pump to create suction. A hot stone add-on is available for $10 with massage services.

Every appointment requires a $20 non-refundable deposit. Appointments less than 12 hours away can be rescheduled through the confirmation email. Clients are asked to arrive at their scheduled time rather than early, and late arrivals may not receive the full booked service time. Anyone who arrives sick or with severe allergy symptoms may be refused service and charged a $20 fee. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Gift certificates are sold in store only, expire one year after purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
