The menu covers custom facials, including express, teen, men's, and deluxe versions, along with acne-focused care, dermaplaning, and peels. Body services include body contouring, three body scrubs, Swedish and deep tissue massage, and a Japanese head spa in three lengths. Several combination services pair a massage, scrub, facial, or head spa in one visit, and the largest, the Roman Renewal Ritual, runs about 3 hours 45 minutes.

Booking is available online or by calling the studio. Couples massages are booked by phone, and multi-session body sculpting packages are arranged through a call to ask about a plan.

Memberships come in two monthly tiers. Tier 1 is $79 per month and includes one service from a list that covers dermaplaning, signature customized facials, oxygen facials, a 60-minute Japanese head spa, and body contouring sessions. Tier 2 is $99 per month with one premium service, chosen from HydraLux, Diamond Glow, Beyond Botox, or a 90-minute Japanese head spa. Add-ons such as the Sculpt & Glow Facial, Deluxe Facial, and HydroDiamond Facial are available for an extra charge. Memberships have a three-month minimum, and after that they can be paused or cancelled at any time. Unused monthly services can be given to another person.

Gift cards are sold in amounts of $75, $100, $150, $200, or a custom amount. They can be set to deliver on a chosen date, and sales are final.
