The studio focuses on threading for most facial areas and waxing for most body areas, using 100% pure cotton thread for hair removal. Threading is chemical-free and does not use wax or chemicals on the brows. Appointments need hair about two weeks long so the thread can catch it.

Brows are mapped to the client's own face before any hair is removed. Brow Mapping begins with a consultation and uses the Golden Ratio Method, then the shape is finished with wax or thread. Brow lamination is a keratin relaxer that sets brow hair upward and outward, done in one sitting after the shape is mapped, and its results last several weeks rather than permanently. It can be combined with tinting or shaping, and does not need a tint or extensions.

Beyond brows, the menu includes lash lifts that curl natural lashes with a shaped silicone shield, with or without a tint, lash extensions and classic sets, and facials built around cleansing, hydration and LED light therapy with no needles, downtime or peeling. Permanent makeup covers microblading, powder brows, combination brows, lip blush and lash-line eyeliner. It is offered where there is not enough natural brow hair to build the brow, and includes a free consultation and allergy patch test before booking, a perfecting session at six to eight weeks, and a touch-up session. Sessions take two to three hours, followed by about ten days of healing; pigment fades over one to three years.

The studio welcomes clients with sensitive skin and speaks Spanish. Clients on retinoids, acids or Accutane are asked to say so before booking threading, and threading may be rescheduled for reactive skin, retinoid use or fresh sunburn.
