The practice is kept small and appointment-only so each client gets an unhurried session. Clients can book online, and can build a session and send their therapist a brief ahead of the visit without creating an account. Each session is documented with a subjective pain record, objective findings, an assessment and a plan, and clients take home a note afterward. The business is open Wednesday through Sunday, 8:00am to 8:00pm.

Much of the menu is built around Eastern-style bodywork.

Wood Sculpt is a whole-body massage using warmed bamboo tools. Lymphatic drainage is offered as Spring Senses at 60, 90 and 120 minutes.
