The studio describes itself as a private, discreet space with a welcoming and hygienic feel, and as the best place to get waxed in Mesa. All facial and bikini waxing is done with professional hard wax, which the studio describes as gentle and suited to every skin type. Products are chosen for each client's skin needs. Other facial options include dermaplaning, a chemical peel using glycolic, lactic or mandelic acid, and a non-needle plasma lift that uses attachments to create microchannels in the skin. Anna Lotan Carrotinol Peeling Enzyme can be added to dermaplaning, and the studio also offers skin care product recommendations for ingrown hairs and advice on aftercare exfoliation.

Microneedling sessions include numbing and a take-home sample of three BiON Skincare products: a creamy cleanser, a hydration serum and a moisture complex moisturizer. The specialty version adds a specialty serum, LED therapy and aftercare products. Aftercare advises avoiding retinoids, exfoliating acids, scrubs and waxing until the skin has recovered and the esthetician approves. Lash lifts begin with a consultation and are performed with the eyes closed, using a customized InLei lift and curl for natural lashes. The studio says lash lift results can last up to six weeks, depending on lash growth cycle and aftercare.

Cancellation and booking terms are straightforward. The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, allows one same-day cancellation without a fee, and may ask for a credit card on file after repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows without contact. Products can be returned within seven days of purchase for a credit toward services or other products. Prices are subject to change without notice.
