The menu is built around advanced and restorative skin work. Microchanneling is the studio's most detailed offering, with options for the neck or décolletage alone, a version paired with massage, and a version with collagen induction therapy. The salon states that the collagen induction version has less trauma, less downtime and better results. Other advanced options include the SWiCH age-defying treatment, which is offered as a monthly treatment, and a pumpkin peel with vitamin A.

Facials range from a signature Awaken Luxe Facial, which can include dermaplaning or a light brightening peel, to targeted options for dark spots and redness, dry or dehydrated skin, and firming with a peptide mask. Massage services include a Swedish massage, a deep tissue massage, a custom massage, and an upper body session focused on TMJ and buccal techniques. Seasonal offerings include an enzyme facial and a full-body treatment with a back and hand scrub.

Several treatments use named lines. The pumpkin peel and the autumn enzyme facial use Circadia products, and the Awaken Luxe Facial uses professional organic products. The Nano Infusion Renewal Facial uses a nano infusion pen with tiny, thin pins to create micro-channels in the skin, and the salon states it has zero downtime. The Awaken Duo, which pairs a custom facial with a custom massage, is described by the studio as its signature offering.

Booking is available online through the website, or by phone at 832-280-5535. Cancellations need at least 12 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged half the treatment price, and missed treatments or arrivals more than 15 minutes late are charged the full price with no refund. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. The pumpkin peel requires stopping retinols for 7 days beforehand and skipping cleansing for 12 hours after, and the Lift & Sculpt Buccal Facial requires waiting 3 weeks after Botox, fillers or other injectables, or booking it before injectables. Gift cards are available in set amounts or a custom amount and expire 12 months after purchase. Hours are Monday and Tuesday 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, Wednesday 1 pm to 7 pm, and Thursday through Saturday 10 am to 7 pm.
