The Face group includes face lifting, neck lifts, a non-surgical facelift, and face and neck contouring that combines EmbraceRF radiofrequency tightening with liposuction and injectable treatments. Eyelid lifts, brow and lip lifts, cheek lifts, lip reduction, hairline lowering, fat grafting and facial implants are also offered. Osteoma and lipoma removal from the face and scalp is handled with the scar placed in the hair-bearing scalp.

The Nose group covers rhinoplasty in several forms, including male and revision procedures, a non-surgical version that uses temporary dermal fillers and injectables such as Botox, and a liquid option described as a non-surgical alternative. Septoplasty is included. The Ears group offers otoplasty, earlobe repair and reduction, and newborn ear correction, which uses molding or splinting without surgery or sedation and is best started within the first few weeks of life.

The Skin group is the broadest. It includes Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau and Daxxify injections, injectable fillers and a non-surgical BBL, along with radiofrequency treatments FaceTite, AccuTite and Morpheus8, PRP, CO2 laser, laser hair removal, photofacial IPL, RF facial, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning and facials. Lymphatic massage is listed as useful during post-surgery recovery. Mole removal, skin cancer reconstruction and the Avéli cellulite treatment, which the site describes as an FDA-cleared, minimally invasive option that releases the bands under the skin behind cellulite dimples, are also offered.

The Intimate Wellness group includes labiaplasty and a non-surgical labiaplasty, sometimes called the FemTite or AVIVA procedure, which tightens tissue without removing it. Vaginal rejuvenation can be done surgically or non-surgically, including the Votiva treatment, which the practice notes has no downtime. Clitoral hood reduction, labia fat transfer, filler for the labia and G-spot, monsplasty, perineoplasty and penile enhancement with HA filler are also listed. The practice describes its team as industry leading in vaginal rejuvenation and labiaplasty.

The Wellness group offers IV wellness therapy, which delivers vitamins, minerals and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream and can include hydration and be tailored to individual goals. The practice advises consulting a qualified healthcare professional first and notes infusions carry risks such as infection or adverse reactions. A medically supervised weight loss program uses once-weekly injectable medications, with the first three to four doses given in the office before at-home self-injection. Patients can opt to come in weekly, progress is checked monthly, and a two-month initial trial is recommended. Costs depend on individual needs and are discussed at consultation. A Nutrafol hair revitalization option is also offered.

Scheduling involves a $250 cosmetic consultation fee that is collected up front and is non-refundable. In-office surgery requires a $1000 deposit with the balance due three weeks before treatment, and surgery at outside surgery centers requires a $1000 deposit, with anesthesia and operating room fees given as estimates that may vary. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks (received at least three weeks ahead) are accepted, and several financing options are available. The practice does not contract with insurance plans but will help with information for claims, and it works with imaging facilities and pathology labs to offer self-pay rates. Treatment fees are not refundable.

Treatment plans are individualized to each patient, with an aim of natural-looking results that combine current advances with established standards.
