Inessa Fishman, MD

Dr. Inessa Fishman owns and leads Aviva, which she founded in 2018 after several years of practice in Atlanta. She is a facial plastic surgeon whose work centers on the head and neck. Her surgical focus includes deep plane lifts for the face and neck, procedures around the eyes, rhinoplasty, lifting of the upper lip, facial implants and fat transfer. She also performs ear surgery, including otoplasty for children starting around age 5 or 6 and for adults of any age, and offers nonsurgical correction for newborn ears. Her practice includes laser treatments, nonsurgical facial rejuvenation and balancing, reconstruction after skin cancer, and mole removal for cosmetic or medical reasons.

She began her training with an accelerated three-year undergraduate biology program at Emory University, then earned an MD from Emory University School of Medicine. She completed an ENT and head and neck surgery residency at the University of Kansas, followed by a fellowship in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery focused on cosmetic work on the face, ears and nose and on nonsurgical facial rejuvenation.

Dr. Fishman has received Castle Connolly Top Doctor recognition for 2022 through 2026, Atlanta Magazine Top Doctors honors for 2022 and 2023, a Georgia Business Journal Best of Georgia 2025 award, a 2022 Top Doctor and Top Facial Plastic Surgeon award, and a Doctors' Choice Recommended Doctor award.
