Every service begins with a personal consultation and a plan shaped around the client. New guests complete a confidential questionnaire and are asked to keep their information current. The Transformation Facial is the recommended first visit for new clients. It is fully customized and may combine chemical peels, LED therapy, Nano Pen infusion, low-intensity ultrasound, oxygen-infused peptides and high frequency for the face and scalp. The Targeted Facial adds one advanced enhancement chosen for the client's main skin goal, such as dermaplaning, a brightening treatment, an acne-focused treatment or gua sha massage. The Glo2 Oxygen Facial uses OxyGeneo technology for exfoliation and oxygen infusion, and the business says it is designed for sensitive, reactive or redness-prone skin.

Sugaring uses a blend of sugar, lemon and water that grips the hair rather than the skin. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about the length of a grain of rice before booking. Services cover the face, arms, underarms, bikini and Brazilian areas, buttocks, forearms and the back or chest. Brazilian maintenance sugaring is meant for clients returning every four to five weeks after an initial Brazilian, and reoccurring brow sugaring is for clients whose last service was five weeks or less earlier.

Appointments can be booked online at any hour, and the contact form does not take booking requests. Studio hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 7 p.m. and Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with Mondays by arrangement and weekends closed. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may have shorter treatments without a price change, and appointments more than 15 minutes late are usually cancelled and rescheduled with applicable charges. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian present, or written permission, before their first service.

Each service is built around a personal consultation and a tailored plan.

The salon occupies a detached building in north McKinney, with a residential exterior.
