The salon takes its name from the lotus flower, and says its aim is to help clients look and feel their best. Its brow and lash work is described as professional and experienced, and customer satisfaction and quality of work are named as its priorities.

Threading is the core of the menu, with individual areas priced separately and combination packages for the brow, lip and chin. Threading is done with a twisted cotton thread that is discarded after each use, and no chemicals are applied to the skin. According to the salon, brow results from threading last about two to five weeks.

Lash services include semi-permanent extensions in Russian mink, mink hybrid and volume styles, with natural, fuller and dramatic looks offered at different prices, as well as Flare temporary individual lashes. Extensions are applied with adhesive to the lash line and take about 1.5 to 2 hours for semi-permanent sets and 20 to 40 minutes for temporary ones. Refills are recommended every two to four weeks, and a set is treated as new after 28 days or when fewer than 10 lashes remain on each eye.

Brow and lash tinting, henna brows and henna body art are also offered. Tinting is a semi-permanent dye applied with a cotton applicator, with the eyes covered by an eye patch or mask during the service.

Microblading and permanent makeup, including ombre and powder brows, shading and combination work, come with a retouch schedule. New clients can book with or without a retouch, and touch-ups are priced at 4 to 6 weeks, 7 to 12 weeks, 4 to 5 months, 6 to 8 months and an annual touch-up. After one year, a microblading service is treated as a new treatment.

Facials are offered in two named menus, Lotus Signature and Lotus Organic, in 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute sessions. A face peel can be added to any facial, and an organic face peel is also available on its own. Consultations are offered before booking to explain the best service options.
