AveraTherapy memberships are wellness-focused plans for local guests, built around styling, color maintenance, scalp wellness or healthier hair routines, and the salon says they include curated services and member benefits.

A visit begins with a personalized consultation. Before the service starts, artists talk through any extra time, product or customization so the guest knows what to expect. New guests who are looking at color, corrective color, smoothing treatments, extensions or other chemical services are encouraged to book a complimentary consultation first. The salon describes its pricing as transparent. The space is designed to feel welcoming and calm, with the guest's comfort in mind.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, though same-day service cannot be guaranteed. Services under $150 need a reservation deposit of 50% of the estimated total, services of $150 and up need a $75 deposit, and appointments of four hours or longer need a 50% deposit. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice for a full deposit refund or transfer, and guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened, modified or rescheduled at the full original price. The salon is cashless and takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and Afterpay and Affirm financing is available for eligible services and retail, subject to approval. Tips can be left through Tippy or in cash. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Friday 10AM to 5PM and Saturday 10AM to 6PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday. An online shop and gift cards are available.
