GorJess Curls concentrates on curly hair, with curl shaping, styling and treatments at the center of the menu. A visit can be a single cut and style or part of a longer routine built around the client's hair.

For people new to curls, a Curl Reset covers dry shaping, a detox, a restorative treatment, a curl set, diffusing and cut detailing. Returning clients can book a Curl Refresh about every three months or a Curl Maintenance package about every six months, both priced by hair length.

Color services include root retouches, partial and full highlights, dimension services, balayage and ombre, lightening and color correction. Color correction needs an in-person consultation before it can be booked, is not offered on virgin hair, and stays pending until that consultation takes place. A booking consultation, in person or virtual, is available for first-time clients or anyone unsure what to book.

Keratin treatments use GK brand keratin, with the hair clarified twice beforehand. Afterward clients are asked not to shampoo for 72 hours and to use a sulfate and salt free shampoo and conditioner for upkeep. Extension services include installation, a blending cut and styling, and beaded or microlink extensions can be moved up.

One-on-one curl lessons cover washing, conditioning, product use, styling, diffusing, sleep care and identifying curl type. Parents can book these lessons to learn how to style their child's curly hair.

Work centers on curly hair, with dry shaping and curl sets done on hair in its natural state and treatments aimed at restoring it.
