A consultation is offered before treatment. It runs 30 minutes and is listed at no charge on the booking page. Prescription services, including neurotoxin plans and medical weight loss, require a consultation with a licensed provider. Neurotoxin plans are set at that visit, once the provider has assessed facial anatomy, muscle activity, existing lines and goals.

Dermal filler options use hyaluronic acid products from Juvederm and Restylane and can treat the lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, nasolabial folds, marionette lines and under-eye tear troughs. Appointments run about 30 to 60 minutes. Clients who are pregnant or nursing are not eligible for filler or neurotoxin treatment. The spa also carries a skincare retail selection meant to extend treatment results.

Treatment plans follow each client's goals, timeline and budget, with appointments given the time they need and no rushing or upselling. Dermal filler work aims to enhance existing features rather than change them, and the spa says it does not over-fill or follow trends.
