A visit usually begins with a complimentary aesthetic services consultation. The clinician reviews medical history and allergies, talks through symptoms and cosmetic goals, and then builds a treatment plan. The spa says it customizes plans for each patient instead of offering a fixed menu, and that it puts education ahead of sales. For injectables, the consultation assesses facial anatomy and goals before recommending a neurotoxin, a filler, a biostimulator, another treatment, or no treatment. Injectable appointments take about 15 to 45 minutes after the consultation. Pricing depends on the product and the amount needed, and the injector recommends an amount and reviews the cost before treatment. Patients receiving three or more filler syringes in one plan can ask whether multi-syringe pricing applies.

The menu covers several areas. Facials range from a short Avani's Express Facial, which uses microdermabrasion, dermaplaning and a light peel, to Avani's Essentials Facial with customized products and a mask, along with Hydrafacial Classic, Plus and Ultimate, a Men's Facial, Teen facials, a Back Facial and a Lymphatic Flow Facial. Chemical peels include BioRePeel, offered as a single peel or in series, and VI Peel options. Injectables include neurotoxins such as BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport and Daxxify, hyaluronic acid fillers, SKINVIVE, and Sculptra. Laser and energy treatments include IPL, VBeam, Morpheus8, ThermiVa, Ultherapy, CoolPeel, CO2 laser resurfacing, and AviClear. The spa also lists laser hair removal priced by area and a non-surgical BBL.

The spa uses medical-grade products that are not sold to the general public, and it sells cosmetic products through an online store. Estheticians are described as licensed and experienced with compromised and post-surgical skin. Nurse injectors receive several weeks of hands-on training directly with Dr. Laxmeesh Mike Nayak. Three locations are open with varied hours: Frontenac is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday until 7:00pm, and Saturday mornings. Des Peres and Chesterfield keep weekday hours, with Des Peres open late on Tuesday and Thursday. The spa also welcomes out-of-town patients and offers help with travel planning.
