The MedSpa has two on-site medical directors, and it sits beside Synergi Facial Surgery, a division of ENT Associates and Sound Health, which handles surgical work. Staff are open about when a concern may be better suited to surgery than to the MedSpa, so clients hear that before committing to a treatment.

A visit usually starts with a complimentary consultation, which can be booked by phone, text or online. Providers then work together to build a personalized plan around the client's goals and budget. The stated aim is results that are noticeable but still look natural. Payment plans are offered through Cherry or PatientFi for cosmetic procedures, and the business also offers financing information, a patient portal and gift cards.
