Every first visit begins with a consultation to talk through the look a client wants, check the current condition of their hair, and plan the color or extensions. Extensions need an in-person consultation for color matching and choosing a method, though a digital consult can be done ahead of time. Fashion color also requires a digital consult. Product and styling suggestions are given after each visit.

Services are grouped into color, cuts, extensions and treatments. Color options range from grey coverage and toning and accent or all-over highlights to lived-in touch-ups, a low-maintenance balayage-style color, and a full color change. Extension options include beaded row installs on one or two rows, K-Tips for color or filling sparse areas around the face, and move-ups and reinstalls.

Appointments are booked through Vagaro, and the studio asks for 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling, with a rebooking fee possible otherwise. Arriving 10 minutes late may mean services are shortened or cancelled, and clients should come in with hair washed within the last 24 hours. Guests cannot be brought along, and anyone feeling ill is asked to reschedule. Cards, Klarna, Afterpay and Affirm are accepted, and seasonal beverages and snacks are offered during visits.

Each visit is built around a consultation and a plan for the color or extensions, with one client in the studio at a time.
