Auric Artistry operates from the owner's home in Henderson, Nevada, following a move there that took effect July 1, 2023. Booking requires a non-refundable $30 deposit. The deposit can be moved to a new date once if an appointment is rescheduled at least 72 hours ahead. Listed appointment durations are stated as accurate, so clients need to be free and able to lie still for the full time. A 10-minute grace period applies; arriving 10 to 15 minutes late carries a $10 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and charges the full service. Changes made within 48 hours are charged 50% of the service and forfeit the deposit, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service to the card on file. Cancellations and reschedules must be sent by message.

Lash fills need at least 50% of the extensions still in place. If fewer remain, or more than 21 days have passed since the last visit, the appointment is treated as a new set. Clients who are unhappy with their set, or who experience extreme lash fallout, can contact the business within three days for a complimentary touch-up or removal. The business is not responsible for allergic reactions, though a removal can be done if one occurs. All sales and services are nonrefundable.

Payment is accepted through Venmo, Apple Pay and Zelle. A referral program gives both the person referring and the friend they refer $10 off their next appointment.
