Color is a large part of the menu. Single process color, several highlight levels, and lived-in and high-impact services are booked by the hour, and modern color sessions generally run from 2.5 to 4 or more hours. Highlighting includes a toner. Lived-in base color covers gray roots while hand-placed blonding runs through the mid-lengths and ends. Blonding transformations, color corrections and vivid color are priced after a consultation and cannot be booked online. Blow-dry and styling are not included with color and must be booked separately.

Haircuts include a consultation, a scalp massage during the shampoo, a hot towel treatment, and a cut and finish suited to the client's natural hair type. Prices vary by stylist level, from New Talent to Artistic Director. Time standards assume fine-to-medium density hair no longer than the shoulder blade, and thicker or longer hair may carry an up-charge set at consultation. The Cado Curly Haircut is its own service, and first-time guests need a consultation before booking it.

VoMor hair extensions begin with a consultation to match hair type and shade. Tape-in and hand-tied options are offered for application and removal, priced per unit, and the extensions are serviced inside the salon only. The salon calls VoMor guests within 72 hours of a service and suggests rebooking every 6 to 8 weeks.

Services are guaranteed only once a 15-minute consultation add-on has been completed before the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules require 48 hours' notice. A card must be kept on file for appointments of 60 minutes or longer, and for color, VoMor extensions and Brazilian Blowout. According to the salon, its Aveda work follows ethical and sustainable business practices. Each year it also works with Katy Christian Ministries to help women in crisis throughout the region.
