Services fall into two streams. Aesthetic medicine covers facial rejuvenation, body contouring, chemical peels, lasers and light treatments, and hair removal. Personalized medicine covers bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, nutrition and metabolism support, stress management, genomic evaluation, vitamin therapies and weight management support.

An aesthetic visit usually starts with a 60-minute consultation that includes a skin assessment and a review of medical history, followed by a personalized plan. Facial rejuvenation pricing is not published online, and quotes come from the consultation, although individual aesthetic therapies have set prices. Numbing creams and cooling devices are used during facial treatments when appropriate, and aftercare instructions and product recommendations are given afterward. Treatments can be done individually or in phases to limit downtime.

Personalized medicine begins with a two-hour initial consultation, with the online medical history and any prior lab work reviewed beforehand. Lab testing can be done with home kits, at a local lab, or through a concierge lab draw for a nominal fee. A follow-up is typically scheduled about three months after the initial plan. Fees are discussed at scheduling. The practice does not accept insurance and says insurers would not cover this extent of care. Patients are not required to buy supplements from the practice, and it works with a patient's primary care physician or specialist when needed.

Cancellations need 7 days' notice for new patients and 2 days' notice for existing patients. A 50% office charge applies to no-shows or late cancellations. Skin Memberships are an option for ongoing, physician-led skin health, with prospective members calling to arrange a consultation.

Care is personal and customized for the whole individual, with treatment plans built around the underlying reasons for a concern. The practice's philosophy centers on optimizing genetics, environment and lifestyle, and on stimulating the body's regenerative power.
