Every full haircut is booked as a Signature Cut, which covers a consultation, wash, conditioning treatment, blowdry and heat styling. Color services follow a similar pattern: each includes a wash, blowdry and heat styling, plus a choice of Signature Cut or a custom hair treatment. Options range from a 90-minute All Over Gloss to a 240-minute Major Transformation for large changes that need significant lightening, correction or creative work.

Community Care is a sliding-scale option for new clients with a tighter budget. Community Dry Cuts start at $40 and Community Signature Cuts start at $65. These appointments run Monday through Thursday with limited availability, need no proof or explanation of financial need, and require a credit card to reserve, with the selected rate paid at checkout.

Booking terms ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations, no-shows or changes made with less notice are charged the full scheduled total, though the owner may waive fees in certain circumstances. Community Care cancellations on short notice or no-shows are charged the minimum service rate. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold, and business hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, every day of the week.
