The studio is a custom-built space in The Society, a collection of studios on Mill Avenue near Broadway Road, and the business describes its finishes as luxurious. It is close to nearby freeways and Mill Avenue dining, and free parking is available in the private lot attached to the building. Clients are offered complimentary snacks, drinks and wifi, and the restrooms are genderless.

Two professionals share the work. Billie Slager handles skincare, lash and waxing, and Jo Wing handles haircare, cuts and color. New clients book by text, with skincare, lashes and waxing booked through Billie and haircare, cuts and color booked through Jo. Bookings and checkout run through Vagaro, and cancellation fees are invoiced to clients for online payment. The studio does not answer phone calls or return voicemails.

Eyelash extensions have been offered since 2021, in lengths and shapes customized to the client. Full sets range from 100 for an Angel set to 175 for Mega Volume, and fills are due anywhere from every two weeks to every four weeks depending on the style. Korean lash lifts use no glue, and lash tint is available with the lift.

Facials begin with a consultation and a custom skincare plan. Options run from a 40 introductory facial to a 95 dermaplane facial that takes about 100 minutes and uses surgical-grade scalpels; the studio notes that dermaplaning is not suitable for everyone. Brow and body waxing use a soft wax suited to sensitive skin, and Brazilian waxing is extremely limited and booked by text.

Hair services sit under the Jo's Haunted Hair name. Cuts include a dry cut for 40 and a full haircut for 60, and color options range from a glaze to full creative color starting at 175. Sessions run from one to two hours, and the tinsel can last more than 10 weeks or be removed by hand or cut out if a client finds it bothersome. Prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity.
