The studio is open Tuesday from 9 AM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 4 PM, Friday from 9:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Monday, Thursday and Sunday.

The lash menu runs from classic full sets and light volume sets through wet mascara style sets made with bundled volume lashes, up to mega volume full sets built with the thinnest .02 and .03 diameter lashes applied in fans for a dense look. Fills need to be booked within two to three weeks of the appointment, with about half of the lashes still in place. Full sets require a $50 deposit, and clients arriving from another lash artist pay a $30 foreign fill fee. Lash lifts and a Korean lash lift, which needs no extensions, are also offered for natural lashes.

Facials include a custom option tailored to each client's skin care needs, a dermaplane facial that includes a deep cleanse with Glymped products, a face mask and a moisturizer with SPF, and a shorter express dermaplaning facial with a gentle enzyme peel. LED light therapy is available as a 15-minute add-on.

Acne work is a central focus. A first acne consultation and treatment visit includes a customized plan, and ongoing care follows a schedule of visits every two to three weeks with progress tracking, a personalized homecare routine and required product purchases. A separate acne facial combines a double cleanse, extractions, acne-targeting products and LED light therapy, and a bootcamp treatment is available to existing bootcamp clients every two weeks.

Policies: cancellations made within 72 hours are charged a 50% fee, and no-shows are charged for the full service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

The studio aims for every client to leave feeling welcomed, valued and confident, and the owner aims for each visit to feel relaxing.
