Clients can start with a free 15-minute virtual consultation, held before booking, to work out the best service for their hair. Beaded row extensions require a consultation before booking. Questions can also be sent through the online contact form, which is emailed to Cece MacNeill.

Color work ranges from a single-color root touch up, which covers grey, blends, or brightens or deepens by one to three levels, to all-over single color, root bleach and tone, and all-over bleach and tone. The custom color packages, from a halo-only mini package to a partial and full lightening transformation, include lightener, glosses, bond builder, and a blow dry finish. Toner and gloss can be added to a service or booked with a blowout, though the toner and gloss with blowout option is not for grey-blending. A vivid or pastel toner overlay is available on hair that has already been lightened.

Hair services include barber cuts done with clippers on the sides and scissors on top, short pixie and advanced cuts, medium and long cuts, a curly cut with a natural set, and dry dusting, which is a dry cut with no wash or blow dry. Blowouts include a wash and iron finish. A clarifying detox treatment with steam, scrub, mask, and blow dry is also offered. Bond-building treatments use a choice of K18 or Olaplex, and the booking site says results last two to three months with proper maintenance.

Payments are accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, and clients must be approved before their appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. According to the salon, the about page shows seven client reviews.

Each service is matched to the client through a consultation before booking, rather than being chosen from the menu alone.
