The studio does not work from a one-size-fits-all menu. Each visit begins with a 30-minute skin consultation for $45, which covers skin analysis, concerns, goals and lifestyle, and comes with treatment recommendations. The consultation fee is credited toward the treatment booked afterward. The first-time option is the Classic Glow Facial, a 70-minute facial for $150 that begins with a personalized skin analysis and combines customized modalities such as enzyme or chemical exfoliation, LED, high-frequency, microdermabrasion and microcurrent. The facial menu runs from a 35-minute Mini Facial for $100 to a 100-minute Luxe European Glow Facial for $300, which adds a massage of the face, neck and décolleté. Other options include a Hydro Glow Facial, a hands-on hydradermabrasion performed by the esthetician with gentle suction and a nutrient-rich serum (not the branded HydraFacial device); a European Facial for deep pore cleanse with extractions, high-frequency and red light; an Anti-Aging Facial with LED and a series of hydrating serum layers; a DMK enzyme therapy facial; a needle-free Nanoneedling Infusion Facial with LED; and a Teen Facial for breakout-prone skin that includes at-home skincare education. Beyond facials, the studio offers chemical peels including glycolic, lactic and salicylic options, an acid-free herbal bio peel, a brightening acid exfoliation, and an Aura Glow Signature peel-based facial that is suggested 5 to 7 days before an event. Resurfacing includes dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and ProCell microchanneling with a growth factor stem cell serum, which is recommended as a series of 4 to 6 treatments spaced 4 weeks apart. An Acne Bootcamp pairs acne treatment with a program for clients enrolled in it. Hair removal is done by wax or organic sugaring at the same price for either method. The wax or sugar is chosen for the client's hair type and treated area, and each area is booked separately; there is no full-body package. The studio recommends hair about one-quarter inch long and advises avoiding heat, swimming, hard workouts, friction and strong exfoliants for a day or two afterward. The studio does not offer medical procedures, lasers, injectables, IPL, threading, numbing creams, hair services, nail services or body massage. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations may carry a fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service amount. Retail skincare for home use is also sold.

Treatment is chosen after a skin consultation rather than from a fixed menu, and each facial is customized around the client's skin, products and goals. The studio does not treat a facial as a diagnosis or a substitute for medical care, and refers concerns outside esthetician care to a medical professional.
