The menu spans nails, lash extensions and fills, facials, massage, hair removal and waxing. Nail visits open with a one-on-one consultation and close with personalized aftercare guidance, and classic, hybrid and volume lash sets are customized during a consultation. Most lash clients come back every two to three weeks for a fill. Facials begin with a consultation and are tailored to skin type, concerns and lifestyle, and include the HydraFacial line along with Custom, Hydration, Glow Express, Men's, Teen and Timeless options. Many facials also include a neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage.
Each session starts with a consultation and a plan based on the client's concerns and preferences. Waxing covers the face, bikini and Brazilian areas, arms, legs, underarms and the upper body, and begins with a conversation about preferences, skin sensitivities and past hair removal. Guests can relax in the social club and have a drink after a massage.
Beauty and Wellness memberships include regular nail services, discounts and priority booking. The Membership Pass is $149 per month and includes one monthly luxury service, 15 percent off services, 10 percent off retail and merchandise, and a complimentary beverage at each visit. Group bookings are designed for 4 to 8 guests and can include a private or semi-private lounge, robes, refreshments and bites from an in-house wellness bar. Groups send a request form first, and a concierge team shapes the booking. Bookings can be made online through the Book Now button, and nail and lash bookings can be made by phone at (862) 902-6800.
