Clients book online, which requires creating an account. New clients can start with a free consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through their hair goals before booking.
Color is the salon's main focus. Services include balayage, ombre, unicorn colors and other looks. Retouch and refresher services are tiered, starting at $60. Each color service comes with a blow-dry, and a curling-iron or flat-iron style can be added at no extra charge. Color correction is quoted after a consultation. Highlights are priced by the number of foils, and toners, root colors and low lights cost extra.
The salon uses only Paul Mitchell products for color and at-home care, including the Marula Oil and Scalp Care lines, which clients can also buy through a salon-linked Amazon store. Stylists attend salon education classes once a quarter. The salon is a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon, and it says its Paul Mitchell products are not tested on animals and are ecologically conscious.
