Services are organized by time and scope. Short appointments cover nape trims, detangling, conditioning and Olaplex treatments. Longer ones cover cuts, blowouts, silk presses, bobs and short-hair packages. Color work starts with a consultation so the plan is set before any color goes on, and the consultation is also booked on its own as a planning session before a major change.

Deposits vary by service and are transferable once but not refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, carry a 50 percent fee, and any deposit already paid is applied to that fee. Clients are asked to come without children or extra guests, and to take their belongings with them when they leave. Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for in-person bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
