Owner Yvette Zavala is a licensed esthetician who worked in the skincare industry for three years before opening her own business. The salon's stated aim is to educate clients and help them reach their skin care goals. New clients begin with a Reset and Renewal Facial that includes an in-depth consultation and skin analysis, and the signature facial also starts with a professional skin analysis.

Several facials use Circadia products and technology, including the SWiCH Dermal Rejuvenation, the Oxygen Rx Clarity Facial and the Beyond Botox Firming Facial with its firming peptide mask. The Green Sea Peel Renewal uses microscopic marine spicules and is open to existing clients only; a three-treatment series includes a 7-day post-treatment care kit.

Hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, with Sunday and Monday closed. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice; a shorter-notice change carries a charge of half the appointment cost, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full cost, both payable before booking again. Clients are asked to message when running late. Arriving more than 15 minutes late carries a $15 late fee and may mean rescheduling, and because appointments run back to back, a late arrival may receive a shortened service.
