Before a filler treatment, a one-on-one consultation looks at facial anatomy, skin health and goals; a filler visit typically takes 30 to 45 minutes, and swelling and bruising usually settle within a few days. Facials are grouped into classic, specialty, premium and advanced skin treatments. Specialty Facials, priced from $100 to $175, use dermaplaning or microdermabrasion for exfoliation. Premium HydraFacial, DiamondGlow and Glo2Facial treatments are priced from $200 to $350 and come in Signature, Deluxe and Platinum versions. Advanced options include SkinPen Elite microneedling, Mermaid Facial, Keravive Scalp Treatment, several chemical peels and Enlighten peels. Skin treatments are often recommended as a series spaced four to six weeks apart with an at-home routine. Peeling from chemical peels can last up to 10 days.

Appointments are recommended in advance, and late appointments are available on certain days by appointment only. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., closed on weekends. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a $50 fee, and clients with two or more consecutive short-notice cancellations must prepay before booking again. All services are elective and not covered by insurance, and the business does not offer refunds on services or products. Payment is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Cherry and CareCredit, but not by paper check. Gift certificates and prepaid services expire one year from purchase.
