Founder Leny started in the beauty field at 15, helping in her mother's salon during high school. She trained at CECATI in technical beauty studies and at Merced Beauty and Barber Academy, worked from home for more than a decade after moving to the United States, and then worked at Divine Salon & Barber before opening the studio. She built a loyal clientele through years of independent work.
Visits are by appointment only, and the studio is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Appointments are scheduled to leave time for one-on-one attention rather than rushing. Hair color begins with an in-depth consultation, and color correction is charged hourly and also requires a consultation. Full color takes about 3 hours, highlights about 4 hours 40 minutes, and balayage about 6 hours 20 minutes, with a custom gradient balayage or ombre taking about 7 hours.
The salon describes its pricing as premium yet accessible, and its goal as a space where everyone feels welcome, valued, and at peace. Bridal and Quinceañera services include trials and event-day work, and Event Hair & Makeup covers styling and makeup for social events across the Bay Area, with travel charged by mileage.
