The salon says it aims for a space that is comfortable for both staff and guests, with hospitality designed to work across language barriers. Staff are Japanese beauticians with experience working in Japan.
A visit is handled by one dedicated stylist from start to finish, whether the appointment is a shampoo, cut, color, perm or styling. Customers with sensitive hair or skin are asked to talk with their stylist before treatment, and some prices may change depending on hair condition and consultation.
Coloring agents, treatment and perm chemicals, and equipment are brought in directly from Japan, according to the salon. The salon uses Japanese perm lines, filters its water with reverse osmosis to remove chlorine and impurities, and describes its materials as safe to use without fear of damage to hair or scalp.
Built around one stylist per visit, with Japanese-made chemicals and equipment and hospitality meant to work across language barriers.
The interior uses popular furniture brands and imported goods, and the salon describes the setting as relaxing.
