ATX Aesthetics was founded in 2021 by Brittney Creager. In 2023 it added a medical director, hired its first employee, and brought on an accountant and consultant, which marked its growth from a founder-run practice into a small team.

New clients usually begin with a free 15-minute consultation, which the business recommends before a first treatment. The New Client Facial, listed at $135 and running 60 minutes, combines cleansing, resurfacing, masking, LED therapy and massage. Courses include dermaplaning certification, microneedling certification, acne bootcamp certification, and a one-day mentor day for licensed estheticians.
