Acne work begins with a detailed consultation. Acne Bootcamp includes a new homecare kit and can be done in person or virtually, and an At Home version is offered for clients who live outside Houston. Acne treatments are built around the underlying causes of breakouts rather than the surface alone.

Skin care options include custom chemical peels, which require a consultation before booking and address hyperpigmentation, texture, acne and fine lines. Microneedling is aimed at texture, pore size, acne scars, fine lines and hyperpigmentation, and the business describes its downtime as minimal. Hydroderm is a single no-downtime session that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and infuses, and it is suggested before major events. Appointments need 48 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees of up to half the remaining service cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. One reschedule per deposit is allowed without penalty if requested at least 48 hours ahead. All service and product sales are final, and online orders ship within 2-3 business days.
