If you arrive while the stylist is with someone else, wait in the waiting room; the stylist will let you know if she is running late.

Accommodations are a central part of how the studio works. Tell the stylist ahead of time about any sensory needs, such as avoiding clippers or a hairdryer. Earbuds and headphones are fine during appointments, though you may be asked to take them out briefly for parts of a haircut. Clients are welcome to bring reference photos of the style they want. Collared shirts and bulky hoodies are best avoided, or should be something you're comfortable taking off during the visit. The suite can run warm, around 68 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit, at certain times of year.

Color services require a color consultation first, because the salon does not keep color on file for every client. Color appointments can often be booked within the same week as the consult, depending on availability. In-home appointments are offered for the NH Seacoast area on Wednesdays.
