A first visit starts with comprehensive bloodwork, followed by a consultation to review the results and build a treatment protocol. Bloodwork can be drawn at any Quest or LabCorp location. Fasting for 8 to 12 hours beforehand is recommended, with water allowed, and morning appointments are suggested. Atlas is an out-of-pocket practice that does not bill insurance directly, but it provides superbills for possible reimbursement, accepts HSA and FSA cards, and offers financing through Affirm, Klarna and CareCredit. Every treatment requires a prescription and is given under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.

Hormone care and metabolic programs are the core of the practice. Testosterone replacement therapy is usually given by injection once or twice a week, with topical creams offered to some men after evaluation. Patients are commonly trained to self-inject at home, in the office or by video, and the clinic supplies everything needed. The weight loss program uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, started at low doses and increased gradually, alongside a personalized diet and exercise plan and ongoing provider check-ins.

Beyond the core programs, the clinic runs IV drips, quick vitamin shots, aesthetic treatments, hair restoration and recovery sessions. Drip Lab by Atlas offers IV infusions given by the clinical team, and the Intro to IV drip is offered for a first visit only. The Vitamin Shot Bar offers quick vitamin and amino injections, usually taking under 10 minutes, with walk-ins welcome at East Meadow and Midtown Manhattan. The Ammortal Chamber, located in Midtown Manhattan, runs 25 or 50 minute sessions combining five recovery technologies. Atlas specializes in men's hormone care, while its IV, shot bar, aesthetics and wellness services are open to all patients.
