The facial menu is the core of the business. Each facial has a fixed length and price, and a complimentary skin analysis is included in every one. The Mistic Skin Signature Intro is the facial the business suggests for clients who have never had a facial there. It is a 55-minute treatment that includes a double cleanse, a short Swedish massage, exfoliation, extractions, a masque, serums, creams and aromatherapy. Other facials step up from there, including the DiamondGlow Intro, Pro and Master facials, which use DiamondGlow technology with SKINMEDICA serums and, at the higher levels, LED phototherapy and oxygen infusion. Separate facials target specific needs, such as a dry-skin cream facial, a glycolic acid facial, a vitamin C facial, a salt-wand facial with amber light, and a purifying facial for ages 13 to 19.

Beyond facials, the business offers in-office peels and needle-based treatments. Its non-TCA peels are non-peeling and are typically done as three sessions two weeks apart. Its VI peels are medical-grade and are followed by light to moderate peeling for five to nine days. Microneedling is available paired with hyaluronic acid, or as PRP microneedling, which uses the client's own platelet-rich plasma from a small blood draw.

Add-ons can be combined with most facials and peels, or booked on their own. Options include dermaplaning, lymphatic drainage facial massage, a pressure point massage with lavender aromatherapy, and a NuFACE microcurrent lift.
