The facial menu runs from a short Go and Glow Express Facial to longer sessions. There are versions for teens, for the back, and for pregnancy, using products and techniques chosen to be safe during pregnancy. A New Client Facial is an 80-minute custom treatment that begins with a skin analysis. Signature Custom Facials come in 60 and 90 minute lengths, and are built around skin type and concerns, with dermaplaning, exfoliation, high frequency, gua sha, face and neck and shoulder massage, and masks. Specialty options include microdermabrasion, a seasonal pumpkin facial, a seasonal lemon honey facial, and an acne peel that uses salicylic acid in a creamy cranberry base. The peel can be done in one session or spread over several.
Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination, and a combined lamination, tint and wax. Lash lifts are offered alone or paired with a facial. According to the salon, lash lift results last 6 to 8 weeks. Lash lifts should not be rebooked within 5 weeks of the previous one. Waxing covers the upper lip, cheeks, chin, underarms, eyebrows and the full face. Waxing is not offered to clients taking Accutane, retinoids, antibiotics, blood thinners or steroids, and active skincare acids should be avoided for several days before and after.
Booking policies: new clients pay a $15 deposit toward most facial and lash services, and a $7.50 deposit toward an eyebrow wax. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 40% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
