The menu covers healthy hair treatments and styling, scalp wellness sessions such as a scalp detox treatment with a choice of Essential Detox or Scalp Wellness, silk presses, full-head and leave-out smoothing treatments, and custom color including root retouches, highlights and custom blonding. Sew-in and weft installs, extension refreshes and sew-in maintenance are offered alongside a take down and reset session for clients coming out of protective styles. Wig services include refreshes for Maison Kah wigs, custom color for human hair wigs, and crochet and partial installs. Clients who are not sure which service fits are encouraged to book a consultation first.

Booking runs on deposits. A non-refundable deposit reserves the appointment and is applied to the total. Appointments can be rescheduled up to two times with at least 24 hours' notice, while changes made within 24 hours carry a fee of half the service amount, and a no-show is charged the full amount and may require prepayment for future visits. Clients more than 15 minutes late may need to rebook if there is not enough time left for the service. Requests outside normal hours need approval and carry a $100 convenience fee. Children are only allowed in the salon suite when they are receiving a service. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
