Cutting options cover routine shape maintenance, extra long or extra thick hair, dramatic changes in length or style, and natural curls. New guests begin with a digital consultation form, and consultation requests are answered within 48 hours during the work week. Requests sent from Saturday through Monday are answered on Tuesday. In-person consultations are required for new extension guests. Listed prices are starting prices that vary by stylist, and the final price is given at booking and discussed at consultation. Base prices do not include any extra services a desired result may need, and reaching some goals can take more than one lightening, repair or color service.

Online booking is open with up to a 60-day lead time and up to 24 hours before an appointment, and a valid credit card is required at booking. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and changes made with less notice may be charged half the service amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, which may also be charged half the service amount. Color services are not refundable. Extension services and purchased hair are non-refundable, and a non-refundable deposit is required to book an installation. Unsupervised children are not allowed in the salon.
