Color is a major focus. The salon lists balayage done freehand, corrective color work, vivid shades, dimensional coloring, color melts, toner and glaze, and foil and babylight highlights. Most highlighting services are paired with a separate color melt and gloss, which is priced on its own. Clients are helped to choose a shade that suits their skin tone and personality.

Cuts and styling are built around each client. Stylists consult before cutting to understand individual needs, and work toward a style that suits the client's hair type and face shape. Services include men's cuts, wet cuts and cut and blow-dry for women, a Texture hair care service, and everyday styling. Hand-tied extensions made from human hair are also offered, with a free consultation.

For weddings and events, the salon offers bridal and special event packages with a free consultation. Makeup is available as well. The salon's wedding department lists hair, makeup, nails, styling, production and photography services.

Parking is complimentary at the Post Parkside Garage, about a block away. Guests need to remember their parking space number and license plate number so the visit can be validated. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm; the salon is closed Sunday and Monday. Cancellations within 48 hours of an appointment carry a $50 fee, no-shows a $100 fee, and rescheduling within 48 hours requires a $50 deposit that is applied to the new appointment. The cancellation policy is shown when booking a color appointment.

Stylists consult with each client on individual needs before a haircut and aim for a style suited to the client's hair type and face shape. Color choices take skin tone and personality into account.
