The lash menu includes full sets, lifts, several kinds of fills, and color or tinsel accents. Fill options depend on how many extensions are still in place: mini fills are limited to appointments within seven days of a full set or fill and need at least half of the extensions remaining, while extended fills suit clients with roughly 35 to 40 percent left. A full set is needed when less than 35 percent remain. Foreign fills require at least half of the lashes remaining and the artist's approval to work over previous lashes. Color lashes should be requested before the appointment so the color can be prepared.
On the skin side, the basic facial includes a cleanse, exfoliation, a customized mask and a massage, and red light therapy can be added. Derma planing uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin and peach fuzz, followed by an enzyme treatment, mask, hydration and SPF. The glycolic and lactic peels are gentler options, with the lactic peel suited to sensitive or dry skin and able to be added to any facial. The TCA peel is a medium-depth treatment recommended as its own appointment.
Training is offered for people who want to become lash artists. The beginner course is a four-day program that states more than 30 hours of accredited training and ends with a certificate of completion. The advanced course is for experienced lash artists and has adjustable focus areas. Booking policies include a 50 percent fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice and a full charge for no-shows. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required before the appointment, and gift card sales are final. The business lists Tuesday to Thursday 8 AM to 9 PM, Friday 8 AM to 8 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 12 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
