A visit usually begins with a free scalp analysis for every guest, supported by HD scalp detection. The Express Detox Scalp Massage is a 45 minute service at $85 for non-members and $65 for members. It covers scalp exfoliation and oiling, a detox wash, botanical rinses, a foam wash, a conditioner, a meridian scalp massage and a farewell drink, but not a blow-dry. The Signature Anti-Inflammatory Scalp Massage runs 75 minutes and adds neck and shoulder massage, a herbal steam, collagen hand gloves, a honey elixir, ear lymphatic massage and high-frequency scalp stimulation, followed by a 15 minute blow-dry. The 120 minute Glory Scalp and Hair Restore Massage, $265 for non-members and $185 for members, builds on the Signature service with shirodhara, an Ayurvedic elixir mask, an aloe scalp treatment, a kelp ritual, extra scalp massage and a towel neck massage, also finishing with a blow-dry.

Hand-mixed elixirs are blended during the service from herbal powders chosen after the scalp analysis, so each treatment is built for the individual hair and scalp. Add-ons such as the Warm Ayurvedic Oil Treatment, a fenugreek scalp paste and bamboo scrub, and a custom hair mask can be added to a scalp service.

Facial options include the 45 minute Lymph Flow Facial at $89, which uses a double cleanse, rose water steam, jade roller, gua sha and an SPF finish, and the 90 minute Revival Glow Facial at $189, which adds 3D skin analysis, enzyme exfoliation, ultrasonic scrubbing, extractions and LED light therapy. The site also lists a Celestial Glow Facial as coming soon.

The studios can book up to 11 guests at the same time, and private events such as bridal showers can be hosted with a space reservation. Treatments are offered for men, with a focus on male hair loss and itchy scalp, and are customized for clients with hair extensions. There are no extra fees for long, coarse or thick hair or for natural hair. The salon suggests scalp treatments every four to six weeks, especially for dry, damaged or color-treated hair, and asks for 24 hours notice to cancel without a fee.

Membership comes in Express, Signature and Glory tiers, with monthly rituals at member rates. Members receive 50% off retail products each month, and Express and Signature members also receive a free custom hair mask. Glory members receive a free shirodhara treatment. Every member gets one free ATANA product at sign-up and early access to new treatments and workshops. Memberships can be cancelled at any time after six months.
