Makeup runs from super natural to ultra glam, and the menu includes prom looks, event makeup with lashes and airbrushing, and a range of bridal options. These go from a makeup trial and on-location makeup to full hair and makeup in the salon on the wedding day, with bridesmaid makeup priced by the service chosen.

Clients who want to learn their own routine can book a 90-minute makeup lesson. It covers an everyday look suited to their lifestyle, a review of the products and steps they already use, and product recommendations.

Lash fills are timed around the previous appointment. Fills after a set done by Melissa need to come within two weeks, and new clients coming from another lash artist can book a foreign fill once at least 40 percent of their existing lashes remain, after a free 10-minute consultation. Full sets with Melissa carry a deposit, and a longer volume lash refresher is available for retention or troubleshooting. The studio also lists a mega volume certification course for lash artists.

Looks are tailored from super natural to ultra glam, and fills and refreshers are scheduled around the client's existing extensions.
