A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking to hold the appointment, and it is kept if the client cancels without rescheduling. Cancelling less than 24 hours ahead forfeits the deposit and adds a charge of up to 25% of the service price, and a no-show is charged 50% of the service price after the deposit is kept.
