Aspira is a plastic surgery practice with an attached med spa, located on Ranch Rd 620 South in Austin. Dr. Venkata Erella is the only surgeon at the practice, so every consultation and procedure is handled by him. The practice describes its core philosophy as putting patient health first, and it says patients meet directly with their surgeon at each stage, from the first appointment through follow-up. The surgical menu is broad. Body procedures include several forms of tummy tuck, a 360 body lift, arm lift, bra line lift, liposuction and liposculpture, Smart Lipo, mommy makeover, Brazilian butt lift, labiaplasty, post-weight-loss body contouring and vaginal rejuvenation. Breast options cover augmentation (with implants or with fat transfer), lift, augmentation combined with lift, implant removal, revision and reduction. A distinguishing feature is awake surgery, which uses local anesthetic with a sedative instead of general anesthesia. The awake menu includes awake Smart Lipo, gynecomastia, liposuction, chin liposuction, mini tummy tuck, eyelid surgery, breast surgery, and several face procedures. Not every treatment suits awake anesthesia, so candidacy is decided at the consultation, where the surgeon does a physical exam and gives an opinion on whether it fits. The med spa side offers Botox and Jeuveau, Juvederm, Juvederm Voluma XC, Radiesse and Restylane fillers, liquid facelifts and semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight management.
