The facial menu starts with a 45-minute Signature HydraFacial that cleanses, extracts and hydrates. The 60-minute Deluxe HydraFacial adds LED light therapy and specialty boosters, and the 75-minute Platinum HydraFacial opens with lymphatic drainage, includes the Regen GF growth factor booster and closes with LED. The HydraFacial is suggested about every four weeks. The Customized Facial is a 60-minute treatment built around skin type and concerns. Each visit begins with a consultation covering skin type, concerns, allergies and medications, and the client's goals come first. It can address exfoliation, acne, hydration, deep cleansing, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, blackheads and enlarged pores. Celluma LED light therapy is offered for the face and neck as a non-ablative, non-invasive option with no downtime, and the business presents it as clinically proven and FDA approved.
The advanced menu includes chemical peels from Mandelic 30% and TCA 15% to several VI Peel versions, including Original, Precision Plus, Purify, Purify with Precision Plus and Advanced. Peel appointments take about thirty minutes from prep to aftercare. Stronger peels are spaced about six weeks apart, while milder peels can be repeated two to three times a month. The Precision Plus peel is described as medium-depth and targeting sun damage, melasma and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Microneedling is done with a SkinPen pen that uses a disposable cartridge to create tiny openings in the skin, and the business says it supports collagen production for fine lines, wrinkles, uneven tone and acne scarring. A topical numbing cream goes on 20 minutes beforehand, and a mild sunburn-like feeling can last one to two days. Several sessions are typically recommended. A PRP version uses platelet-rich plasma made from the client's own blood, which is spun in a centrifuge and applied during and after the session; the business also markets it as the Vampire Facial. Dermaplaning uses a surgical-grade blade to remove dead skin and peach fuzz with no downtime, but it is not recommended for active inflammatory acne.
Three monthly memberships are offered. The Basics includes a 60-minute Customized Facial and a choice of a TCA 15% or Mandelic 30% peel. The Glow Up includes a choice of a Signature HydraFacial, a Fire and Ice Facial or a VI Original peel. The All In includes a choice of a 90-minute Deluxe HydraFacial with dermaplaning, LED and an arm and hand massage, a SkinPen treatment or an Advanced VI peel. Members receive discounted monthly facials, 10% off retail skincare and priority booking. Unused facial credits carry into the next month and expire after one year. Skincare from iS Clinical and skinbetter science is sold and used in the spa and can be bought in the spa or online, and gift cards are available on the website.
